Known for his ability to connect people and find common ground, Chris has an innate sense for brokering luxury properties. Chris is a 16-year veteran in real estate sales. His experience marketing luxury properties, finding the perfect fit for his buyers, navigating the intricacies of negotiations, new development, construction and the politics involved is un-paralleled. His extensive first-hand knowledge of construction and new development is a constant source of informative counseling for his buyer and seller clients. Chris studied political science at UC Boulder and put that education to use by interning with the City of Aspen Community Development Department, serving as HOA president in two different local associations, and even volunteering as a junior board member with his favorite local non-profit, The Buddy Program.
